What is the lease duration?
Standard lease terms are 12 months, with options for renewal. Shorter-term leases are not permitted.
What are the income and credit requirements? Are co-signers or guarantors allowed?
We require a combined household monthly income of at least three times the rent. As part of the approval process, credit checks and background screenings will also be conducted.
Co-signers may be accepted depending on the applicant’s profile.
